Das voco in villach, dieses hotel ist top 5 in meinen hotel experience in europe. everything is perfekt, checking the front desk for some information about the HD festival at the faakersee, the new young lady was great! even she is just some months working this position in the voco, training NOT finished, she acts like a profi, standing there since years love it! great employee, kerstin! overall: restaurant - check 100+% room - check 105+% wellness/fitness - check 100+% lobby/public - check 110+% parking for bikes - check 105% thank you
