Sehr sch?nes Hotel, zentral gelegen an der Drau. Zimmer gro? und ruhig, modern eingerichtet. Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen l?sst. Freundliches Personal. Es gibt auch eine Bar und ein Restaurant. Alles fu?l?ufg erreichbar.

Eccezionale, consiglio di prenotare la camera con vista fiume, silenzioso, letti comodissimi , colazione con panorama sul fiume, puoi cenare nel ristorante dell’hotel con ottimo cibo, alla reception Petra parla italiano ed è gentilissima….. qualità/prezzo giusto…insomma direi tutto perfetto.

Wonderful hotel. Service was wonderful and the room was overall very comfortable. I just had 2 issues with the hotel room: the a/c barely, if at all, worked & the access into the tub required a giant. Even after calling to the front desk who verified the a/c was working, I never saw the temperate go down and we ended up sleeping with the windows open. The tub/shower required a large assault just to get in which, if you’re older or prone to falling could be a significant issue, so make sure to specify. On the positive, my room had a spectacular view of the river and part of the city. Breakfast was delicious and access to the parking was super convenient. Overall very nice and would stay here again if visiting Villach.

We stayed here one night on the way over to Venice the hotel was easy to find situated in a good location by the river. The checking process was slow as the desk was unattended we had to 4 minutes ?? anyway once we got checked in the breakfast wad 22 euro each which we declined we were Ihg members and booked a high room superior with river view. The room was well appointed with its own quirks the TV channels good and wifi. We raise a issue with reception which was finally pick up the phone on 4th call the aircon not working we had the window closed ?? the receptionist showed little interest and informed it took awhile to come right. Strange gave us no solution to a problem in our bedroom well had to sleep with the window open as it was quite warm. Looked I have stayed in hotels all.over the world and I am Ihg member but the hotel was good but its lacks a human element called service to help resolve problems that guest have.

We discovered this hotel in 2019 and have been staying many times per year since then. With the spire/diamond ambassador elite, always qualified for free breakfast, and that was great, but the quality has gone down a bit. An occasional upgrade would have been nice but no such luck. At some point in 2022, the hotel changed the standard room type bookable with points to the lowest possible room type and raised the point rate so much it’s now 50% more expensive to book with points than cash. Seems that they are turning their back on IHG elites.

Stayed in King bed room for few days.Design is pretty bad, funtiture has some respectfull years already. Stuff doesnt know how to smile. When you pass, no one says hello or anything, you feel like a ghost practically. Shocked, never seen recepcionist like this. Anyways, be careful church near, you can hear the bell even with closed windows. Breakfast 19€? This is a scam.Not worth 19€. Parking also expensive, as a hotel guest. Also cleaning lady opening doors, when you are taking shower… ***? Beautiful surroundings that is for sure.
